Change Strategist and creator of DO.ITChange™
A new role.A restructure.A diagnosis.A move across the country.A promotion you worked for.A loss you did not see coming.
Change can be chosen, or it can choose you. Either way, the transition that follows is where people get stuck, and it is where change strategy does its work.
Janine is a Change Strategist with over 15 years of practice in organizational change management and human resources.
She created DO.ITChange™ after seeing the same pattern again and again: organizations planned carefully for change, and the people inside it were left to find their own way through.
About JanineA new role, a restructure, a move, a loss, or a decision you have been carrying for months. In organizational change, there is a plan for what happens next. Even there, very few plans account for the person who has to live through it. And when the change is yours, who is planning for you?
When that plan is missing, the cost shows up quietly. It shows up in time spent circling the same questions, in money spent on starts that do not hold, and in trust: the trust others place in you, and the trust you place in your own decisions.
Change strategy addresses that gap at its root. Working with DO.ITChange™, you establish where you are and where you intend to go, decide how you will show up for what you can and cannot control, and move forward with steps that fit your life. Every step is powered by DO.ITChange™.
Change becomes real one person at a time.

Most people treat change as something to get through. The people who move well through change treat it as something they know how to do. That ability is change capability: the practiced skill of navigating any change, large or small, chosen or unchosen, with intention.
It is built the way any strength is built, through repetition. A missed appointment in traffic, a reorganized team, a diagnosis, a long-awaited promotion: each one is a rep. With a method, each rep builds on the last. Without one, every change feels like the first.
Change rarely arrives one event at a time. Most people are carrying several changes at once, and that Change Load compounds when there is no structure in place to carry it.
Change capability decides whether a change becomes a setback you recover from or a transition you lead. It is what lets you act with intention while the outcome is still uncertain.
Leaders carry their own change while guiding others through theirs. A leader who has built change capability gives a team a steady place to stand, and that steadiness protects time, money, and trust.

Every session is grounded in the DO.ITChange™ Method, a structured, four-phase method for navigating change from within. The Method moves forward, with room to return to an earlier phase whenever the change calls for it.
D
Establish a true starting point and a destination: where you are, what the change touches, and where you intend to go.
O
Recognize what is within your influence and what is not, and decide how you will show up for both.
I
Turn intention into action, with steps sized to your real circumstances and room to adjust as you go.
T
Integrate what the change has taught you, so it carries into the next change you face.
